ASSIST Online is a free service for all DODSSP Internet customers. To register and receive a User ID and password, go to the ASSIST-Online page for electronic registration instructions.
Online orders must be made using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard. The ASSIST Shopping Wizard is available to all users who have registered for a DODSSP customer account. Accounts are free to all applicants and are used to maintain customer profile data including name, organization, address, and other information necessary to process and ship document orders placed through the web site. Account privileges are also established to manage access to controlled distribution documents.
Users already having a Customer ID for phone-in orders (via Customer Service) may use the Customer ID as their account. Simply contact Customer Service for an account password to begin processing orders online through the ASSIST Shopping Wizard.
Orders for individual documents not available from ASSIST can be made by using the Specifications & Standards Order Form (DAPS-Phila 1425).
This downloadable order form is in Portable
Document Format (PDF), and can be accessed using Adobe's free Acrobat Reader Version 3.0
or later.
This form has various
"live" buttons and text fields allowing you to complete them on-screen.
Currently, your options for submitting the form are by mail or fax. Address and fax
information can be found on the form.
If you prefer, mail or FAX orders can also be made on official company letterhead.
